The increased wages are recorded for both men and women, said Canadian Visa Professionals. </span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">According to reports, the annual median wage for male immigrants in the country increased by 10.2% annually. Male immigrants’ wages increased from $32,500 in 2010 to $62,300 in 2019.</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On the other hand, female immigrants&#8217; wages increased at an average of 9.3% annually over the same period. The median wage of females thus increased from $24,500 to $44,900.</span></p>								</div>

									<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">According to a study, the immigrants who became permanent residents in 2018 had the highest median entry wage in four decades among other immigrants. The immigrants in 2018 made a median income of $31,900 a year after they received their Canadian permanent residence.</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This record was $1,300 or 4.2% higher than the immigrants who came in 2017 after their first year. Canadian Visa <a href="https://www.canadianvisaprofessionals.net/contact-canadian-visa-professionals/">Professionals reported that the principal applicants under the economic categories in 2018</a> had a median wage of $43,600 in 2019. A record which is 3.8% above the immigrants admitted in 2017.</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On the other hand, the dependants earned $27,600, a record 7% higher than their counterparts admitted in 2017. The median entry wage of refugees was the lowest among permanent residents admitted in 2018. There was no change in the median entry wage for family-sponsored immigrants in 2017 and 2018. </span></p>								</div>
